Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with the programme you purchase and I will work with you to support applying all the strategies within the coaching framework.. For refund requests made during the programme and after your start date, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you attended all the sessions  and worked through the strategies up to that point of your refund request and that it did not work for you. If you request a refund and do not include proof of your attendance  and work on the strategies you will not be granted a refund and are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your installment payment plan.

Should a refund be issued under these terms, this shall immediately terminate any and all licences granted to you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, documents, PDFs, slide decks, membership areas, social media groups and platforms limited to paying members and other resources.

We will not provide refunds for requests made after initial payment before your start date or date you receive your first appointment. Other and all refunds are discretionary as determined by SobercoachPolly.com  If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
